It was this pastrami sandwich that started Jeff Meyer on a global journey that would end with Element 29. He traveled to the heart of delicatessens in New York City where he would spend time mastering the art of everything from pastrami sandwiches to tuna. While the techniques, history, and flavor were top notch, New York delicatessens have their own techniques and standards. What Jeff wanted was experience and flavors to inspire his own creations.
